evaluation or on-boarding prior to starting group.
(These services are not mandatory)
These services will help:
1. Inform your need
2. Prepare you to join training group of experienced participants
Identify client’s deficiencies and imbalances along with agility, strength, running & jump mechanics that will inform suggested corrective training prescriptions and training plans
What is On-Boarding?
3 Individual sessions designed to evaluate critical sport biomechanics and trainings to correct deficiencies identified in evaluation
Session 1. Evaluation
Session 2. Corrective training to address; Athletic balance & coordination, Run Mechanics and Jump Mechanics
Session 3. Corrective training to address; Athletic balance & coordination, Run Mechanics and Jump Mechanics
Sundays: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Other times available upon request
